- Knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Able to work late, flexible hours, and/or over the weekend
- Having a positive attitude and great service minded
- Experienced 3 years of F&B in the hotel business is preferable
- Strong leadership, hands on and must have an eye on detail
- English skill both in written and spoken is preferable
- Good interpersonal skill

? Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal (OSHA, ASI and Health Department) regulations.
? Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
? Ensures staff understands local, state and Federal liquor laws.
? Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with associates and ensures associates do the same within the team.
? Establishes guidelines so associates understand expectations and parameters.
? Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws.
